Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote company products and explain their features and benefits.
  • Generate new business inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Follow up with customers to maximize conversions and repeat business.
  • Maintain customer records, call logs, and CRM updates.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
  • Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.



  • Requirements & QualificationsGraduate or 12th Pass with relevant Tele Sales experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
