Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Real Estate

Location: Alandur, Chennai

Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives(Per Lakh 2% Incentives)

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database
  • Handle both Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Need to explain the plans to the Customers and convert into an Sale.
  • Follow up with interested prospects regularly
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in Google sheet and Excel
  • Handle customer queries professionally
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets


Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (real estate preferred)
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
  • Strong communication & convincing skills ( basic English)
  • Candidate should know Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam ( Any one )
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude
