Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Executive / Manager with accounts base & Tally experience to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure seamless execution of business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams, providing strategic guidance and support. This role will serve as the key point of contact between the team and the Management, ensuring timely reporting and efficient decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination & Management:

  • Act as a liaison between the Front-line Marketing (including collections follow-up, order taking, and lead generation), and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
  • Ensure that team members meet deadlines and achieve set targets.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Consolidate data and provide regular reports to the business owner on key performance indicators, including sales, collections, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement within teams.
  • Track and report any discrepancies or challenges to the owner for timely resolution.

Operations Oversight:

  • Oversee order-taking and ensure smooth coordination from the marketing team to fulfillment and accounts.
  • Ensure follow-ups on collections are carried out promptly and manage any escalations related to overdue payments.
  • Assist in tracking the delivery of orders and any customer service-related matters.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the teams.
  • Implement new workflows or tools to improve communication, reporting, and overall team productivity.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of all business activities.
  • Handle any administrative tasks delegated by the owner, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with external vendors.

Leadership & Guidance:

  • Support team members with their day-to-day tasks and provide guidance where needed.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure they are on track with their responsibilities.
  • Help onboard and train new team members as required.

Strategic Input:

  • Work closely with the owner to understand business goals and develop strategies for future growth.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for business expansion, product diversification, or market penetration.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable recommendations to the team and owner.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in Tally Prime is must
  • Knowledge in Social Media Handling & Digital Marketing will be a added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, team management, or a related role with Tally Advanced Preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in handling multiple teams and coordinating between departments.
  • Leadership abilities with a focus on team development.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Tally Prime is must
  • Knowledge in Social Media Handling & Digital Marketing will be a added advantage.
  • Experience in the import/export industry or B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with occasional travel to client locations if required.
