Event Sales Executive

Role Overview

The selected candidate will work closely with the Event Director and support the complete planning, coordination, and execution of events to ensure successful delivery as per client expectations. The candidate is also expected to work on selling sponsorships after the requisite training.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sports and event management.

Key Responsibilities

For the Event Executives

• Assist in planning and executing sports and social events
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, partners, and suppliers
• Support client servicing and event communication
• Manage on-ground event operations and logistics
• Assist with event setup, registrations, guest management, and coordination
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met efficiently
• Maintain professionalism and high service standards at all times
• Provide complete operational support to the Event Director
• Sponsorship Sales - which will be incentivised
