Role OverviewWe are looking for a Field Executive to handle on-ground property operations across South-West Bangalore. This role requires extensive local travel, property visits, coordination with tenants and vendors, and real-time updates through mobile applications.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable travelling daily within the city, and prefer structured, field-based responsibilities over desk work.

Key Responsibilities● Visit assigned residential properties as per the daily schedule

● Conduct routine property inspections and document observations

● Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and maintenance vendors

● Capture site photographs and upload updates via company mobile tools

● Assist in move-in and move-out inspections

● Verify property inventory and condition

● Ensure tasks are completed within assigned timelines

● Maintain professional communication during site visits

Candidate Requirements● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC)

● Graduation is an added advantage

● Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, delivery, real estate, or similar on-ground roles

● Comfortable with daily local travel across South-West Bangalore

● Basic smartphone proficiency (photos, apps, reporting)

● Good communication skills in English and any local language

● Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred

Compensation & Benefits● ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
