Senior Field Officer

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage housekeeping operations across client sites.

Plan and coordinate manpower deployment as per client requirements.

Ensure proper use of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, and cleaning procedures.

Conduct site surveys and inspections.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Handle email communication with clients and internal teams.

Maintain documentation and prepare operational reports.

Interact professionally with clients and resolve operational issues.

Train housekeeping staff on chemical handling, machinery usage, and safety practices.

Ensure service quality, compliance, and timely issue resolution.

Skills Required

Good knowledge of housekeeping chemicals and cleaning machinery.

Strong manpower planning and deployment skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Good email drafting and report-writing skills.

Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare observations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Willingness to travel anywhere within Bangalore.

Experience: 1–5 years in Housekeeping Operations/Site Management (preferred).
