About the Role:

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Field Executives to promote Sevak Mithra services and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting people, travelling locally, and helping customers access essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

> Visit potential customers and business owners.

> Explain Sevak Mithra services clearly and professionally.

> Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

> Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

> Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

> Collect customer documents and ensure accurate submission.

> Coordinate with the office team for smooth service processing.

> Maintain records of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.

> Represent the company professionally in the field.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC (Graduates preferred).
• Good communication skills in Kannada.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
