Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Female Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, preparing quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and converting inquiries into orders.

• ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up with leads generated from IndiaMART, website, and other sources.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only
• Graduate (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer support, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Experience with IndiaMART leads or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
