- B.E./B.Tech graduates from any discipline

- Excellent academic record with no backlogs in any subjects

- Preferred to have 80% or more in H.S.C. and S.S.C.

- Basic computer application skills

Job Description:

- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their polymer procurement requirements.

- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and assist customers throughout the order cycle.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, and purchasing, to ensure seamless order execution.

- Interact with suppliers and partner warehouses to source materials, monitor availability, and support procurement activities.

- Analyse customer requirements, market trends, and pricing movements to identify business opportunities.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely vehicle placement, shipment tracking, and on-time deliveries.

- Support marketing initiatives through customer engagement campaigns, market research, and promotional activities to expand business opportunities.

Compensation & Growth Path:

- Expected CTC during training period: ₹3.3 LPA

- Training Period: 1 Year

- Confirmation: Subject to satisfactory performance upon completion of the training period.

- Upon successful completion of the 1-year training period, the revised CTC may be ₹3.5 LPA, ₹4.5 LPA, or ₹5.5 LPA, based on individual performance.
