Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to convert qualified leads into customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and online counselling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and counsel leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable training program.
- Conduct sales calls, video consultations, and follow-up conversations.
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, offers, and payment options.
- Handle customer objections and close admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with good listening skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
