We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics team, optimize our space, and keep our supply chain moving flawlessly.

The RoleAs our Warehouse Manager, you won’t just be supervising inventory; you will be the strategic anchor of our storage, distribution, and safety protocols. You will oversee a team of warehouse associates, manage day-to-day shipping and receiving, and implement smart inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a dependable team of warehouse staff. Foster a culture of accountability and safety.
• Inventory Control: Oversee the tracking of raw fabrics, dyes, and finished textile products. Conduct regular cycle counts and annual audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate incoming shipments from suppliers and outgoing deliveries to clients or retail hubs. Manage relationships with freight and courier services.
• Space Optimization: Strategically organize warehouse layout to handle heavy textile rolls and delicate garments efficiently, improving picking and packing times.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents), ensuring proper operation of machinery like forklifts and fabric-handling equipment.
• What We Are Looking ForExperience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a senior logistics role. Experience in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry is a major plus.
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and inventory tracking tools (e.g., Excel, barcode scanners).
• Leadership Skills: A proven track record of managing and motivating a diverse team.
• Problem Solver: Ability to handle high-pressure situations, from shipping delays to sudden inventory discrepancies, with a calm and analytical mindset.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
