Job Description
Job SummaryUrban Willow is an active seller business. We are looking for a reliable, single employee to handle our daily order management. The role involves packing products securely and using a computer to print shipping labels and maintain basic records.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPacking: Neatly pack customer orders daily according to Amazon guidelines to avoid any damage during transit.
- Printing: Download, format, and print shipping labels, customer invoices, and product barcodes.
- Computer Work: Enter daily dispatch numbers and track stock levels using basic MS Excel and Word.
- Courier Coordination: Sort and keep packages ready before the Amazon logistics courier arrives for daily pickup.
- RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using the internet, operating a laser/thermal printer, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Qualities: Punctual, honest, and fast at physical work.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, but prior experience working with an Amazon/Flipkart seller is a great advantage.
