Position: Telecaller / INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE
Industry: Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead databases.
Handle inbound enquiries related to real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic project information.
Explain project details, features, location advantages, pricing, and investment benefits.
Generate interest and schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer visits and feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable property solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
Update lead status and maintain accurate customer databases.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Good verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an added advantage.
Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
Positive attitude with strong convincing and follow-up skills.
