Job Title: Operations & Sales Coordinator – Plywood Business

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our plywood business in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing customer interactions, coordinating order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate business records while ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer enquiries and leads, build relationships, and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accounts and business records accurately on a regular basis.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle—from order confirmation to successful delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Arrange transportation, book delivery vehicles, and oversee dispatch operations.
• Ensure the correct materials are loaded and delivered to customers accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, and transporters to provide timely updates and resolve any issues.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and proficiency in MS Excel or accounting software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, operations, logistics, or a building materials/plywood business will be preferred.
