Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-up.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain company products and services to potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and closure.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
