About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses (B2B), individual customers (B2C), and students for promoting our digital marketing services, training programs, and generating walk-in appointments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients, businesses, and students.
- Explain company services, digital marketing solutions, and training programs.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings or walk-in appointments.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments, sales, or business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and internet usage.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
