Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales Invoice Making in Busy Software
  • Purchase Bill Entry and Verification
  • Day-to-day Accounting Entries
  • Payment Follow-up with Customers and Dealers
  • Customer Outstanding Report Management
  • GST Data Preparation and Record Maintenance
  • Bank Reconciliation Entries
  • Updating Daily Excel Reports and MIS Sheets
  • Vendor & Customer Ledger Reconciliation
  • E-Way Bill and Basic Documentation Support
  • Coordination with CA for GST and Accounting Work
  • Required Skills:Knowledge of GST and Accounting Basics
  • Experience in Busy Software (Preferred)
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to Handle Payment Follow-up Calls
  • Knowledge of Sales Invoicing and Purchase Entries
  • Basic Understanding of Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / Graduate
  • 1–3 Years Experience Preferred
  • Freshers with Strong Accounting Knowledge Can Also Apply

Salary:₹18,000 – ₹23,000 Per Month (Based on Experience)

Office Timing:Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
