Collection Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers for recovery of overdue payments.
• Handle NPA (Non-Performing Asset), Write-Off, and Bucket Collection portfolios.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company guidelines.
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely recoveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
• Update collection status in CRM and collection management systems.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team lead or manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during collection activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in NPA Collection, Write-Off Collection, or Bucket Collection.
• Experience in tele-collections, recovery calling, or debt collection is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi Preferred

• Good objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage difficult customer conversations professionally.
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving collection targets.
