Forecourt Supervisor job (Petrol Pump / Fuel Station)
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise petrol pump staff (fuel attendants / CSAs)
Ensure smooth fuel filling and customer service
Check safety rules (no spills, fire safety, PPE use)
Monitor fuel stock, meter readings, and cash handling
Handle customer complaints on the forecourt
Maintain cleanliness and traffic flow at pumps
Do shift reporting (sales, cash, stock)
Requirement:
12th pass or above
Experience in petrol pump / retail supervision preferred
Good communication skills (Tamil / English / Hindi)
Basic math + cash handling
Leadership & shift management skills
