Job Description – Kotak 811 Sales Executive (Kotak Bank - On Roll)

Location: Thane, Wagle Estate

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Salary & BenefitsSalary up to ₹3,10,000 CTC (based on interview performance)
• Monthly incentives up to ₹24,000
• Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience and basic English communication can earn up to ₹4,50,000 CTC

• Shift DetailsWorking Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• 8 weekly offs per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Kotak 811 Insurance Sales.
• Explain Kotak 811 features, benefits, and digital banking services.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Adhere to bank policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility:-

• Sales experience preferred.
• Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience and basic English communication are eligible for a higher CTC package.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
