Reliance Jio is hiring for the position of JC Home Delivery Lead at our Bhandup location.
📍 LocationBhandup, Mumbai
- 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesManage Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations within the assigned territory.
- Lead and supervise outbound sales channels to ensure excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and deploy direct sales agents to achieve business targets.
- Conduct regular refresher training on JHD processes and product knowledge.
- Drive lead acceptance and timely lead delivery.
- Manage JHD platform configurations, including agents, stores, PIN codes, and products.
- Plan territory coverage to ensure 100% manpower availability.
- Supervise General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience:Graduates: 4–8 years
- MBA: 2–6 years
- Maximum Age: 34 years
