Job Description
Grow Inn Steps is looking for a dynamic, high-energy, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at the Gomti Nagar , Lucknow , UP. If you have a passion for interacting with parents, excellent storytelling skills, and a proven track record of converting inquiries into admissions, we want to hear from you!
- Key Responsibilities-Lead Conversion & Calling: Actively make outbound calls to prospective parents, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain a robust follow-up pipeline.
- Walk-in Management: Warmly receive parents visiting the center, conduct campus tours, explain the curriculum/programs, and effectively close admissions.
- Public Relations (PR) & Outreach: Initiate and participate in local PR activities, community events, and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and handle their queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, walk-ins, and conversions in the daily tracker.
- Requirements & Qualifications Gender: Female candidates only.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a huge plus).
- Skills: Highly persuasive with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in educational counseling, preschool admissions, front office, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Availability: Ready to join immediately.
