Structural Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of telecom infrastructure, including telecom towers, rooftop structures, poles, and foundation systems. The candidate will assist in preparing structural designs, checking drawings, and ensuring compliance with applicable design standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the structural analysis and design of telecom towers, rooftop towers, monopoles, and foundations.
• Prepare design calculations and engineering reports.
• Review structural drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Perform wind load, dead load, and other structural load calculations as per applicable design codes.
• Coordinate with the drafting team for preparation and revision of engineering drawings.
• Support site teams by resolving design-related technical queries.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant Indian Standards and client requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of design calculations and project records.
• Coordinate with project managers and other engineering disciplines for timely project delivery.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous process improvements.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
• Familiarity with Indian Standards such as IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, and IS 802.
• Basic knowledge of telecom tower structures is preferred.
• Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of steel and RCC structural design concepts.
