Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit banks, courier offices, transport offices, and other locations for official company work.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, samples, and other materials.
- Purchase office items and other required materials from the market as instructed.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for pickups and deliveries.
- Assist the dispatch team with packing, loading, and handing over consignments to transporters when required.
- Collect delivery receipts, acknowledgements, and other important documents.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned outdoor tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle company documents with care.
