Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with working knowledge of textiles and fabrics to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting high-quality home furnishing products, including bed and bath linen, curtains, upholstery, blinds, and bathroom accessories.

·        Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in-store by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, textures, and product applications

* Guide customers on product selection for home décor, including color coordination and fabric suitability

* Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards

* Handle billing, invoicing, and basic sales documentation

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

* Stay updated on product inventory, new arrivals, and industry trends

* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams when required

·        Required Skills & Qualifications

* Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in textiles, fabrics, or home furnishings

* Good understanding of different types of fabrics (cotton, linen, polyester, blends, upholstery materials, etc.)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Customer-oriented with a pleasing personality

* Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
