Admission Counsellor – Telecalling & Student Support
We are looking for energetic and confident candidates to join our team as Admission Counsellors. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with students and parents, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the education industry.
Job Role
- Call and follow up with student leads
- Explain courses, fees, and admission process
- Guide students and parents regarding career opportunities
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student database and follow-up records
- Handle WhatsApp and phone communication professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telecalling / counselling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team-working skills
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
