Scope of Work

Position: Management System Expert – Quality Management System

Engagement Type: Freelance / Empaneled (Assignment-Based)

Location: As per assigned audit sites

Objective:

To design, develop, implement, and support the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Inspection

Wing in alignment with applicable standards (such as ISO 9001/ISO 17020), ensuring effective process

control, compliance, and continuous improvement across all inspection activities.

Develop QMS Documentation - Prepare and standardize QMS documents including policies,

manuals, SOPs, formats, and records.

Prepare Quality Manual -Develop and maintain the Quality Manual defining the scope

and structure of the QMS.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) -Draft, review, and finalize SOPs for all inspection and

operational processes.

Implementation Support - Assist in implementation ensuring documentation control and

compliance.

Training and Awareness - Conduct training sessions for employees and stakeholders.

Internal Audit Support - Plan and support internal audits including reporting and closure.

Management Review Meetings (MRM) - Facilitate MRMs and track action items.

Compliance Monitoring - Monitor adherence to standards and internal procedures.

External Audit Coordination -Support external audits and closure of observations.

 Timely completion of milestones.
