Job Description
Job Title: Site Supervisor
Department: Operations / Projects
Location: Ahmedabad
About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards across projects involving construction chemicals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site work and labour activities
- Monitor application of construction chemicals (waterproofing, flooring, repair work, coatings, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project engineers
- Manage material availability and maintain site inventory
- Prepare daily work reports and share progress updates
- Handle site measurements and ensure adherence to timelines
- Check surface preparation and application procedures
- Resolve basic on-site technical issues
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Eligibility CriteriaDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Skills RequiredGood communication and coordination skills
- Basic technical understanding of site execution
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in a team and on field
