Business Development Executive

·       Prepare PPT presentations and business proposals for clients.

·       Handle Business Development activities for SaaS, RFID, and GPS-based solutions.

·       Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.

·       Coordinate with the Operation team for sales and promotional campaigns.

·       Supervise operations and manage teams when required.

·       Plan and execute new client acquisition and market penetration strategies.

·       Assist Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, and Shipping Liners with system functioning and troubleshooting.

·       Provide on-site support during operations when required.

Preferred candidate profile

·       Background in Electronics & Communication or any technical field preferred.

·       Good knowledge of IT industry and Import/Export operations.

·       Strong customer handling, email communication, and regulatory coordination skills.

·       Good communication skills (English & Local Language) both written and spoken.

·       Must be comfortable with travelling (Pan India).
