Accounts Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other applicable laws.
• Handle banking operations, cash flow management, and fund planning.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.
• Finalize books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Monitor receivables, payables, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring process efficiency.
• Work closely with management for financial planning and decision-making.
• Candidate ProfileEducation: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Manager or Senior Accounts Executive. Handled team of 3+ people.
• Candidate Preference: Only Maharashtrian candidates.
• Employment Stability: Candidate must have a stable career history with long tenures. Applicants with multiple or frequent job changes will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Finalization of Accounts, Audits, MIS, and Banking.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or any ERP system and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualities High level of integrity and accountability.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
