Job Summary:
RAVS Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, digital platforms, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and investors.
- Monitor team performance, prepare MIS reports, and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams for seamless sales operations.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Noida/NCR real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
