Accountant

Role Overview

As the ⁠Accounts Executive, you will manage the daily financial operations of the mobile battery business, ensuring timely accurate billing, and strict statutory compliance. You will maintain flawless books of accounts and support executive decision-making through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and petty cash.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and distribute accurate sales invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and verify supplier and vendor accounts.
• Statutory Compliance: Manage all GST/TDS calculations, returns, and other statutory filings to remain compliant with local regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and share monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
• Audit Support: Assist internal and external auditors during annual financial audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in accounting, ideally in manufacturing or consumer electronics.
• Strong command of ⁠Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of India's taxation system (GST and TDS).
