Hiring Customer Service & Collections (VoiveProcess) – International BPO
We are hiring for multiple openings in International BPOs for Customer Service Voice Support and Collections Voice Process roles.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience preferred
- Customer service or collections experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist customers with account-related issues
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Meet productivity and performance targets
Location: Multiple Locations (Mumbai)
