Eligibility Criteria:-

· Any dynamic, energetic and aggressive candidate with minimum qualification of Graduate, with vast experience in Tele calling.

· Smartphone Compulsory

· fresher and experience of Calling/Telesales

· Female Candidate Preferred

· Soft and Polite speaker with excellent convincing Skills.

· 6 Days Working (General)

Job Responsibility:-

1. Understand the requirement of Customers

2. Explain the customer about the Products, its Features and Benefits

3. Lead generation, B2B, B2C Marketing.

4. Close deal by giving proper solution and customer satisfaction

5. Build contact with Potential clients to create new business Opportunity

6. Prepare and send quotations to customers.

7. Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments.

8. Process sales orders and maintain records.

9. Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams.

10. Handle customer calls, emails and queries.

11. Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

12. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:-

1. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and convincing abilities, and have previous expertise in Calling.

2. Candidates must be Target Oriented.

3. Candidate from Packaging industry is preferable

4. Listening and Patience Skills
