Collection Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups
• Handle calls related to payment queries and support
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from customers
• Convince and guide customers for payment through proper communication
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
• Improve conversion rate (from call to payment)
• Increase resolution rate of customer issues during calls
• Maintain proper call records and update feedback regularly
• Follow company policies, compliance, and call quality standards

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi/English/Local language preferred)
• Basic understanding of banking/finance/Telecome processes
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle daily requirements/DRR and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in collection, telecalling, or banking sector is preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

• Daily call volume
• Collection resolution achieved
• Conversion ratio (calls to payments)
• Resolution rate
• Compliance adherence and proper feedback updating
