Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Inside Sales Executive to manage and follow up on company-generated leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidently interact with potential customers over calls, understand customer requirements, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.

Make outbound calls to company-generated leads.

Follow up regularly with prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.

Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-up activities.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Update lead status in CRM or Excel on a regular basis.
