Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Assist customers in finding suitable seating.
- Visit tables during meals to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely.
- Coordinate with service staff to resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Encourage satisfied customers to share Google reviews and feedback.
- Assist in maintaining customer records, birthdays, anniversaries, and loyalty program data.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards in customer-facing areas.
- Support management in improving guest experience and service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Age: 22–35 years.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Basic English speaking ability preferred.
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, front office, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
