Ecommerce Operations Management:

Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment coordination.

Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to enhance the buying experience.

Monitor and optimize website performance, usability, and speed.

2. Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:

Execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Optimize product pages and descriptions for higher conversions and visibility.

Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, and website traffic to improve sales performance.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) to track website and campaign performance.

Generate reports on sales trends, customer insights, and key ecommerce metrics.

Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and improve customer retention.

4. Vendor & Marketplace Management:

Manage relationships with third-party ecommerce platforms and partners.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for better pricing and inventory management.

5. Customer Experience & Support:

Improve user experience through A/B testing, UI/UX enhancements, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with customer service teams to address inquiries and complaints.

Develop loyalty programs and personalized recommendations to enhance customer retention.
