Royal Dental Clinics is looking for professional, confident, and enthusiastic Marketing Executives who are willing to learn, communicate effectively, and coordinate with different teams.

Candidates can apply for either of the following departments:

Department 1: Digital Marketing Executive The Digital Marketing Executive will support the clinic’s online marketing, branding, content, and patient communication activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, doctors, and internal team members for content creation.
• Assist with website updates, blogs, SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, enquiries, and leads.
• Maintain marketing reports and databases.
• Research current digital marketing trends and suggest new ideas.
• Support the team in promoting dental treatments, patient education content, events, and clinic initiatives.
• Respond professionally to online enquiries, reviews, and comments when required.
• Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online branding.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, email marketing, or SEO will be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple people and complete tasks on time.
• Willingness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Department 2: Field Marketing Executive The Field Marketing Executive will Visit doctors, healthcare professionals, organisations, societies, and potential business associates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical associations, corporate offices, and other relevant locations.
• Introduce Royal Dental Clinics, its facilities, treatments, and professional collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, doctor interactions, healthcare events, awareness programmes, and clinic visits.
• Conduct local market research and identify new outreach opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the clinic’s internal marketing and patient-care teams.
• Represent the clinic professionally during meetings, events, and field visits.
• Achieve monthly outreach, meeting, and relationship-development targets.
• Submit regular field activity and performance reports.

• Mandatory Requirement for Field Marketing Candidates must own a two-wheeler.
• Candidates must possess a valid driving licence.
• Candidates should be comfortable travelling within Mumbai for field visits.
• Knowledge of local areas, particularly Kandivali and nearby locations, will be preferred.

Field Marketing candidates will be offered a higher salary package and performance-based incentives, depending on their experience, communication skills, field activity, and results.
