Job Description
- Enter daily diesel payments accurately.
- Handle supplier and other company payments.
- Collect bills and invoices from drivers, vendors, and staff.
- Maintain proper records of all bills and payments.
- Update daily expenses in the accounting system (Tally/Excel).
- Coordinate with management for payment approvals.
- Keep all financial documents organized and up to date.
- Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Previous accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
