AlShifa Cupping Clinic is a trusted wellness centre in Chennai specialising in Hijama (cupping therapy) and holistic healing treatments. We provide safe and compassionate care to our patients under the supervision of qualified doctors.
Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse or Clinical Therapist to assist our doctor during cupping therapy sessions and other treatments. You will play a key role in ensuring patient comfort, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during Hijama (cupping therapy) and related treatments
- Prepare patients, equipment, and treatment areas before each session
- Monitor patient comfort and well-being during and after procedures
- Maintain strict hygiene and sterilisation standards at all times
- Handle and dispose of clinical materials safely as per protocol
- Maintain patient records and treatment documentation
- Guide patients on aftercare and follow-up instructions
- Manage clinical supplies and coordinate patient flow
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma in Nursing (GNM / ANM) or Diploma in Midwifery
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or industry experience
- Registered with Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (preferred)
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control
- Prior experience in cupping therapy, physiotherapy, or wellness clinics is an advantage
- Good communication in Tamil and / or English
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
