Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and develop our sales team to achieve revenue growth and business objectives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales opportunities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
