# Back Office Executive – Automobile (Electric Two-Wheeler)

### Experience Required

* Minimum *2–4 years* of experience in an *Automobile Dealership* (Mandatory)

* Experience in a *Two-Wheeler Dealership* will be preferred.

* Knowledge of EV dealership operations is an added advantage.

### Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle daily showroom back-office operations.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and customer files.

* Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Insurance, and RTO teams.

* Maintain customer records and update the Dealer Management System (DMS).

* Process vehicle registration and documentation.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Manage stock records and vehicle documentation.

* Handle customer calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

* Maintain files and ensure accurate documentation.

* Support management with administrative tasks.

### Candidate Requirements

* Good communication skills in *English, Hindi, and Marathi*.

* Good knowledge of *MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations*.

* Experience working with *Dealer Management Systems (DMS)* will be preferred.

* Strong organizational and documentation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

* Age: *22–35 years*

* Candidates residing near *Vishrantwadi, Tingre Nagar, Dhanori, Lohegaon, Viman Nagar, Yerawada, or nearby areas* will be preferred.
