Over the past 10+ years, the company has successfully completed over 1,000+ projects, specializing in bespoke home interiors, commercial spaces, and architectural designs. Their team comprises 41+ passionate and creative interior decorators dedicated to delivering the latest design trends.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to join our Interior Design & Fit-Out team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, vendor analysis, and tender submissions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail interior projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Estimate project costs for materials, labor, and subcontractor work.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit project quotations and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Maintain updated material and labor cost records.
- Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6 Months - 1 year of experience in interior fit-out estimation.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations to support the successful execution of interior design and fit-out projects.
