Key Responsibilities

Office Maintenance & Pantry

• Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and dust office areas, desks, and meeting rooms daily.
• Pantry Duties: Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visiting clients.
• Supply Management: Monitor and restock office stationery, groceries, and pantry supplies as needed. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Administrative & Clerical Support

• Document Handling: Sort, file, photocopy, scan, and print physical paperwork.
• Mail & Errands: Collect, sort, and deliver internal documents, mails, and packages to various departments or external vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Typically a 10th-grade (SSLC) or 12th-grade (HSC) pass from a recognized board.
• Experience: Prior experience in office assistance is a plus, but entry-level candidates are frequently hired.
