Job Summary

Immek Softech Academy is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has excellent hiring skills and hands-on experience using leading job portals. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring quality candidates for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple job roles.

• Source candidates through job portals such as Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate the complete hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Prepare and publish attractive job postings on various hiring platforms.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with management to understand recruitment requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Required SkillsStrong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
• Expertise in using Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interview coordination and candidate relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and offer-closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.

Eligibility Experience: 2–7 Years in HR Recruitment.

• Education: Any Bachelor's Degree or MBA (HR) preferred.
• Candidates with experience in educational institutions, IT recruitment, or consultancy recruitment will be preferred.
