Job Description
Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain the company's loan products, understand customer requirements, and check eligibility.
Filter interested customers and schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team.
Maintain a daily calling sheet and manage regular follow-ups.
Minimum 1 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi, with a polite and confident tone.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently over the phone.
