Barista ka kaam sirf coffee banana nahi hai, balki har customer ko ek accha experience dena bhi hai. Aap coffee aur beverages prepare karenge, customers ko serve karenge, cleanliness maintain karenge aur outlet ki daily operations mein support karenge.
Key Responsibilities☕ Beverage Preparation
- SOP ke according coffee, tea aur other beverages prepare karna.
- Drink quality aur presentation ko maintain karna.
- Orders ko accurately aur quickly complete karna.
😊 Customer Service
- Har customer ko smile ke saath greet karna.
- Customer ke questions aur preferences ko samajhna aur suggestive selling karna.
- Complaints ko politely handle karna aur manager ko inform karna jab zaroorat ho.
💰 Billing & Cash Handling
- POS system par orders punch karna.
- Cash, UPI aur card payments handle karna.
- Daily cash settlement mein support karna.
🧹 Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Counter, coffee machine aur work area ko clean rakhna.
- Food safety aur hygiene standards follow karna.
- Opening aur closing cleaning checklist complete karna.
📦 Inventory Support
- Milk, coffee beans, syrups aur other supplies ki availability monitor karna.
- Stock shortage ya wastage ko immediately report karna.
- FIFO (First In First Out) process follow karna.
🚀 Teamwork & Operations
- Rush hours mein team ke saath coordinate karna.
- Outlet ke daily operations mein support karna.
- Company ke SOPs aur brand standards follow karna.
