Position: Team Leader – Real Estate Process
Company: Vasuki BPO
Location: Thane West, Wagle Estate
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 15 associates.
Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
Prepare and maintain Daily MIS reports.
Drive process improvements and quality enhancement.
Conduct quality checks, monitoring, and provide regular feedback.
Handle client interactions and ensure service excellence.
Ensure team targets and KPIs are achieved.
Eligibility:
Experience: Minimum 6–12 months as a Team Leader (Real Estate company experience mandatory).
On-paper Team Leader designation preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical reporting.
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
Candidates who have worked with Builder Channel Partners are not eligible.

Rotational Shifts:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Rotational Weekly Off
Salary:
Up to ₹35,000 (Best for the right candidate)
