Job Description
Supervise and manage daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
Allocate manpower and assign work to operators according to production requirements.
Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow with minimum downtime.
Ensure product quality as per company standards and specifications.
Follow and enforce safety, EHS, and SOP guidelines on the shop floor.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and process documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Train and guide operators to improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency.
Identify production issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
Control wastage, improve process efficiency, and achieve production KPIs.
